VMCC Dartmoor have been invited to exhibit at Widecombe Fair.
Tuesday 8th of September.
We will meet at the Lower Haytor carpark at 10.00am for 10.30 am start, arriving at Widecombe approx 11.00am in a group. This arrival time has been agreed with the Widecombe fair organizing committee. The route into Widdicombe will be via Cody Cross following the exhibitors route not the park and ride route. We are being sited near the show ring and will have an easy exit. We have been requested to display in the show ring at approx 1.30pm.
It would be appreciated if all those wishing to attend could complete the form emailed out to members on 25August and either bring it with them or send to John Osmond, also let John know if you are attending to inform the organizers of numbers attending.
